Auto Provisioning Users (MS Entra to Concur)

My company is currently setting up auto provisioning for users so we can streamline new hires / users instead of manually adding them. My coworker who handles MS Entra and I have been running into a lot of snags trying to piece our way through it. Most of the documentation I have found is not as "step by step" as I need. I have been relying on Glean to assist.

Does anyone have any insight or maybe ran into some very useful information to make this process more easily configurable?
