Attach Receipt Images not working, just getting spinning wheel on upload attempt

I am troubleshooting an issue our expense processors are having today.  When trying to upload a typical receipt image (correct format, size, etc.) at the report level, we are just getting a spinning wheel as a result.  In order to escape the spinning wheel, we have to 'x' out of Concur completely.  I have tried all browsers, cleared cookies and cache, tried various file types and sizes.  We are still able to attach an image to a specific expense line, but not to the higher level report.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

@ca_murray so I'm clear...all processors are experiencing this? 

 

Have you tried attaching a receipt to an expense report header level as an end user? If so, is the same issue happening?

Hi Kevin,

 

Yes, we are able to add receipt images at the header level with no problem as an end user but not as a processor, except at the line item level.  And all processors are having the same issue.

Hi Team,

I hope you're doing well.  I'm also experiencing this issue with attaching multiple documents in Concur. Currently, I find myself having to go into each expense line individually to attach a document, which unfortunately only allows me to attach one document at a time.

Another workaround I've found is to access the person's actual Concur library and attach the documents from there which allows you to attach multiple documents at once. However, this is not an ideal solution either.

I also noticed that this issue does not seem to be reported on the SAP Concur service status dashboard, possibly because it's not affecting end users.

I have reports from end users that they are having problems viewing receipts they've uploaded , and they are receiving a spinning wheel when trying to view the image. I know the images are taken on the mobile app, but I'm trying to obtain more information about whether the receipts aren't loading on the mobile app, desktop app, or both.

@lmcgonigal please report back what you find out. Are they viewing the images from the Available Receipts area or trying to view them after attaching them to an expense entry?
