Apple app not showing Expense Types

I've had a few users who cannot view the Expense Type when completing a receipt in the app.  I've gone online and was able to enter it for them, but even after entering, it still doesn't show.  Is anyone else having this issue?

What is the expense type in question?

I have the same problem on my app since the latest update two weeks ago. Expenses types are blank and can’t search for any type. Multiple users affected.

I've asked, but haven't heard back, when it was a few guys, I figured at least one would have checked that.
