American Express payment

I paid the American express already, I sent my expenses in yesterday. How do I get reimbursed for the American Express payment? Do you pay that to American Express or can you send to me for a one off since I am new to this process.

Hi @Steeldodge this would depend on your company's pay setup. I recommend reaching out to your Concur Administrator or, if you aren't sure who that is with your company, your direct manager.

@Steeldodge I would also recommend speaking with your direct manager because if you are using a company issued AMEX card, payments to that card might be made by your company which means you wouldn't be sending payments to AMEX. However, some companies do set up their company card where the employee does make the payment, but usually this would be after you submit your reports and receive the payment from your company to then use to pay the card. 

 

Your manager should know how your company is doing it. Either way, this community doesn't reimburse people. All reimbursements come from your company.
