Concur Audit Service

....Submitted & currently pending Concur audit review for Travel Expense report. ???

 

Dear Concur Team,

I would like to ask about the expected turnaround time for the Concur Audit process (Set1: Concur Audit Service) is taking an unusually long time, as it has been one week since submission with no progress (the status is still pending without any update).

 

This delay is starting to impact the carryover of expenses into the next reporting cycle. Additionally, my understanding is that the AI Concur Audit Service is intended to streamline the process and reduce delays, not create additional burden.

 

Could you please help check the status, clarify the reason for the delay, and advise on the expected timeline for completion?

@Chadaporn-NA hello there. Unfortunately our Audit Team doesn't monitor this community and myself and the rest of the team I am on do not work with the Audit Team. I do know that usually the service level agreement is about 72 hours, but that is also dependent on other factors. 

 

You can reach out to an Expense Processor and they should be able to push it past this status. I'm sending you a private message with the name of someone to contact.
