Allocate to a new Company Code

Hi,

Is it possible to change Company Codes for the allocation? It within the same umbrella company but I am unable to shift from one large department to another. I have all the information in regards to the Cost Center and WBS code but the company code prevents me from inputting these values as the provided cost centers are filtered underneath the greyed out stuck Company code. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon

you can only allocate costs to a different cost centre/ IO/WBS that sits within the same company code that you/employee sits under. Company code is fixed i'm afraid.

@billyjun1 if it is grayed out, then that tells me your company locked it down and does not allow what you are asking.

To add to what @KevinD said, the "locking down" of a company code is a company specific decision.  We have some companies that allow company code to be changed and many that do not.  There can be legal requirements when charging across companies....especially when they cross borders.  That is why some companies don't allow cross charging.

Hello! 🙂 I hope you're doing well!
I'm reaching out in reference to your request from 2022 and was hoping you might be able to help me.

I saw that you've worked with the Concur/Umbrella interface before, and I was wondering if you could give me a quick tip on where to find the App ID?

Thanks so much in advance, and best regards,

Kathi
