Alert on Car Change

Does anyone have/know how to set up an email alert for when a user changes their personal or company car? We want users to be able to do this but have strict rates based on car size, so a notification of some sort would help greatly.

@TJC There isn't any option to receive an alert about users changing their car. 

What I have seen companies do is create a custom field with Car Types. They then assign a user a car type in their profile. If the user tries to use a car type that is not the one assigned to them, they would get a red hard-stop alert preventing them from using that car type. 

This would then force them to request a new car type be assigned, so the site admins would be in charge of making these updates, not the employees.

Well that feels unnecessary when you can stop users adding their own car anyway. 

But i feel it would make sense to just have a notification to admins, it's a waste of our time to add new cars for users. We can, of course, manually email our HR team to tell them, but given that so many things are available in Concur, i'm surprised there's no way to do this.
