After uploading Bill still getting mail that i have not submitted bill

Hi Team,

I have submitted a Concur request, but I am not seeing any approval request in the system.

Over the past few weeks, I have been receiving emails asking me to submit the bill. However, I have already attached the bill twice, and I am still receiving the same notification.

Could you please help me understand what might be missing or incorrect? I am new to this process and would appreciate your guidance.

Could you please provide the full screenshot of the email notification? This will help me better understand the issue.

 

Also, could you share a screenshot showing where the bill was submitted twice?

@kgaurav is the email notification asking you to submit the expense report? If you can provide a screenshot of the email that will help us greatly.
