The link to open the NA Affidavit form is not working; does anyone know if there is an extra step to get the link to open???

@DD229 could you take a screenshot of the link please? Also, are you trying to attach the Affidavit to an expense or are you trying to just view the affidavit someone attached to an expense?

I was just trying to access the form in word doc but it wouldn't open up. Got someone else on the team to send it to me.
