Adding a personal vehicle

Hi all,

I have tried to add my personal vehicle and when it gets to vehicle type the drop down menu doesn't drop down leaving me unable to add an answer to this box. Can anyone help me on this matter

Hi @cathal ,

This shouldn't happen. Vehicle type drop down options should be visible. 

I would suggest raising an IT ticket or reach out to Concur administrator internally and check with them. They would be able to check this issue in backend configuration and help your to resolve.

@cathal is this still an issue for you? It's possible that the vehicle types were not set up correctly.

this is still an issue other people within my company have three options I was thinking this could be different options for each country but here is a picture of the issue
