Mobile App Allocating Expenses

Having issues with allocating expenses on the mobile app. I will be able to allocate my expenses for a while then one day it will just stop loading up completely for a week or two on iphone and android phone. Then it'll work again for a bit and then stop again. Just wondering why this happens?

Yes a few that I have talked to have the same issue
