Add vehicle as employee admin

Hello

I am currently reviewing the possibility of managing vehicle entries within the user profiles.

Could you please confirm if, as an employee administrator, it is possible to:

• Manually add vehicles to a user's profile;
• Perform a bulk import of vehicles via file?

I haven't seen this option, for this request may i ask if you are from Italy? i know that there by law there are a lot of car types and rates that make hard the implementation trough Car Configuration feature so i can send you a another option.

I know this is not the final solution for your case but i think is the right way in order to find a solution

Hi, for this client I don't have the menu for Car Configuration, I only have Mileage Service. There is also the form to configure the cars, but I don't have the possibility to create and assign vehicles to users.

@raluca_sandu the Car Configuration screen is where you can allow site admins to register/add cars to user profiles. I've not heard of a bulk import option for Cars, but I also haven't tried researching it. I know this screen is now different, so I'm not sure if the option for admins to add cars is still there.

Thank you for your response. The expense item form is ready.
I just wanted to check if there's a way to upload the cars directly, so that each user doesn't have to do it individually in the "Profile Settings" section.
