Account re-activation date

Hi ,

I have a customer who needs to know when an account was re-activated and by whom?  Can a Cognos report be generated for this use case? Thanks in advance

@t8398571 hello there. As a Certified Concur Partner, all help requests need to go through our Partner Support Portal. This is what our Partner team has instructed me to tell all partners. 

 

If you have not accessed our Partner Support portal, you will need to have someone at your company who has submit an access request for you. 

 

Two things I will tell you is that if your customer does not have the Archive Audit Data turned on, this information will not be available in Cognos and this information is not available within the product itself.
