@ACN70 I suggest speaking with your direct manager about this. Not everyone here on the Community (including myself) works with or has to provide Fuel VAT receipts. What I have seen though, is for every mileage entry someone adds to their report, an entry for Fuel VAT Receipt must be added as well. This was one company though, so your company might do things differently. That's why I suggest asking your manager.
