3 EXPENSES FROM 2019 THAT WERE PAID TO ME THEN PAID TO AMEX - HOW DO I DELETE - THERE STILL SHOW

@littlsc this depends on your company's site setup. Likely they didn't allow AMEX charges to be deleted. So, let's go with the delete option not being available. There are two options:

1. Add the expenses to a report, mark them as personal. Provide a comment for each explaining what happened. I would make sure the report has other expenses on it. 

2. Reach out to the person at your company that deals with company credit cards and ask them if they can hide the transactions so they don't show up. 

 

Now, there is the possibility since these transactions are two years old that the system won't allow them to be submitted even if they are marked personal. In that case, option 2 will be your only way to get rid of them.
