@Lunchdiggity you might want to speak with QuickBooks about this. You would need to deactivate jobs from the QuickBooks side I believe so only active jobs would be available. I'm just speculating here as I'm not a QB expert. You could also see if it is possible to rename inactive jobs by adding (do not use) so users would see this and know not to select that job.
