Unable to Assign Manager using v4 Identity API

Hi Concur Experts,
I am trying to create new users in my concur tenant using this v4 API : https://developer.concur.com/api-reference/profile/v4.identity.html#create-a-users-identity-profile-... 

I am successfully able to create a user, but the manager that I have sent in request payload is neither the "Spend Approver" nor the "Bi Manager".
Here is the schema of the request body: https://api.sap.com/api/ConcurIdentity/path/post_Users . According to this, there is a manager attribute under urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User which I am setting at the time of user creation. But I am not sure which "manager" this attribute refers to.

Please help me understand which "manager" this attribute is referring to.
