You might want to ask your Concur Account Manager, maybe they could help link you with one of the current customers using that Bank?

We do use Elan, which is for smaller programs, but is serviced by US Bank. Not the best product - but we only have a handful of users. We did negotiate with USBank when we were considering replacing Amex and go with just one card program, but decided against it. I’d be happy to discuss th negotiation experience with you offline. US Bank is our card provider for the US and Canada. They are administered separately. If you have specific questions, email me at rcga@lubrizol.com. There are pros and cons to working with them.
