Reporting - intelligence - RP0004 - Expense Detail Report

Hi team. I usually get the data from RP0004 - Expense Detail Report. When a resource reports their expenses with the project field reference filled in, the reference appears in the Rpt WBS Element or Rpt Project Number fields of RP0004 - Expense Detail Report. However, for the second time, despite the resource including this same reference in the expense report, it does not appear in the data extracted. can you help?

@ARJ when you say "it does not appear in the data extracted" what file are you looking at. In other words, what is the second screenshot you provided? Is that from your ERP system or is it from the extract created from closing a batch?

@ARJ are the WBS Element and RPT Project coming up blank for all employees listed in the report?

No.
So far, only the expenses (2 expenses) of the same resource were the only cases I detected, of Rpt WBS Element /Rpt Project Number being blank in the report, but in both cases the resource loaded the reference in the tool, as well as they were also accounted for in the project.
