Report to check which WBS, IO, CC are approved by a particular approver

Can someone please suggest how to create a report to check which WBS, Internal Order, Cost Center are approved by a particular approver?

@Akshata are you asking to see who the authorized approvers are for these items or to actually see which approver did an actual approval of expenses charged against these items?
