How to report a navigation problem in Concur Community?

I'm trying to get more information about Joule activation and from this page, Joule - SAP Concur Community, when I click the Activating Joule for SAP Concur Solutions link, I instead get a page error, Invalid Parameters Specified - SAP Concur Community (https://community.concur.com/t5/Program-Setup/Joule/ba-p/%5BURL-activating-joule%5D), but no way to report the error so it can be fixed.

Using the search box does not yield a better link to information about activating Joule. So, I suppose I have two problems here.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Hi @valatbeowulf

Topic: How to report a navigation problem in Concur Community?

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

-----

The URL contains [URL-activating-joule], which appears to be an unresolved link placeholder rather than a valid article address.

Recommended:

  1. Report the broken link: Reply to the original Joule Community article with the defective link to get response.
  2. Access Joule documentation: Check the SAP Help Portal for official activation instructions.
  3. Verify prerequisites: Joule activation depends on the SAP Concur solution, licensing, tenant eligibility, and supported configuration.

@KevinD, the issue persists.

@samasuraj There is no way to reply to that article.

Still open to all suggestions.

@valatbeowulf I didn't notice at first there were two links for the Activating Joule. Both should now be working. Let me know if you have any issues.

Update: It seems that the original link that I reported is fixed now. However, I'm just realizing all the other links on the page are giving the same error message. I have sent a PM to the author of the article, an option I did not notice before posting this message. I'll update again when/if I hear back.
