Concur app does not link with my concur account.

My app does not link with my Concur account. So I don't see my travels, and can't enter any expenses. My email verification is greyed, that might be the problem. Anyone can help? Chat bot is useless for this.

Hi @Brobert ,

 

With reference to below article, this issue happens when there are two accounts created with same email address. This must be reason of this issue in your case too. 

 

If you are aware of both account login id's then can you try logging in with old login id to your mobile app and check whether you are able to see/create reports. 

If not aware, then I would suggest reaching out to Company Concur Administrator and take their help to check this. They would be able to find it as an admin. 

 

If issue still persists and doesn't get resolved, then last option to raise a support ticket with Concur. While raising a case you can provide your login ID, so they can verify if the user has a duplicate email address.

Can you please clarify below points so that would be able to understand the exact issue: 

1.  Are you able to login to the Concur web application and able to create/access travel and expense claims?

2. Are you able to login to Concur mobile app? and as per my understanding here you are not able to see/access your travel and expense claims. 

 

If possible, can you please also provide Concur web and mobile app home page screenshot.

We in fact have two user accounts, but only one email address. That might be the problem.

No idea. This is how they set us up. 🙂
