Concur App on Teams

Does anyone have experience in setting up the Concur app in teams with SSO?

@IGindex unless something has changed since March of this year, the Concur App in teams isn't compatible with SSO. If a Concur item in Teams is clicked, the user would be taken to the SAP Concur sign in screen and not signed in automatically.

@KevinD  we tried logging in with user name and password and this does not work.  We cannot enable login with mail as this has security risk for us.  Any other solutions that could be used?  Our IT team mentioned they had similar case with another vendor and we needed to package our own version of the app to use with SSO,  is this possible with the Concur app?

@IGindex what do you mean by "does not work". Were you receiving an error? Were you getting the red text stating that the username or password was incorrect? I need a bit more specifics. If your site is set up with SSO optional, then users should be able to sign in using SSO or by entering a username and password.
