Concur Request Pop Ups or Audit Rules

We are trying to figure out a way to add something to our Concur Request to remind people to add their meals and Ubers etc. when booking their travel.

Right now they book airfare/hotel/car in Concur Travel and that automatically adds it to a request. However, when they get to that screen they can just click Submit Request. We need them to add any other expenses they anticipate for their trip such as meals, mileage, car service...

We are scheduled to turn it on at the end of the month but I'm worried it will only be used for the travel they have to book in Concur and not the whole trip.

@AmberLee I think an audit rule is your best bet. You could make it a hard stop if the user doesn't include their meals and Uber. You could also create a rule that is a warning/reminder if they include meals and no Uber or vice versa. The challenge though is what if they rent a car? They shouldn't have Uber entries. I think in that case, you could have a rule that looks to see if the user added both car rental and Uber.

Are you wanting them to enter one entry on the Request that is an estimate of all meals and all Uber rides?

Thank you,
Kevin
