Prevent login issues and disruptions
The Concur SAMLv2 certificate (Security Assertion Markup Language version 2) used for the SSO authentication to access SAP Concur solutions will expire on April 22, 2025.
This may cause a service disruption between your Identity Provider (IdP) and your SAP Concur solutions. To avoid login issues and service disruptions, we recommend you update your IdP with the new certificate before it expires.
Please be aware that updating your own IdP’s SSO certificate is not required. This recommendation applies specifically to SAP Concur’s SSO certificate, which we suggest updating in your IdP configuration to ensure uninterrupted authentication.
What action should I take?
To update the SAP Concur SSO certificate in your IdP configuration, please download SAP Concur’s new SSO certificate and share it with your internal IT Team.
If you have an SSO Manager role, follow the steps below to download and update the certificate. For further details see the SSO Manager Knowledge Article, attached below.
- Access your SAP Concur manager account
- Go to Administration, then Authentication Admin
- Click Manage Single Sign-on
- In Get SAP Concur Metadata, click Download under Download SAP Concur metadata
- Test SSO authentication to ensure a smooth transition
