The Updated User Experience within Concur Invoice

Starting November 16, 2024, the updated user experience within Concur Invoice will be available for you to opt-in on the web.

 

How will your organization benefit?

By enabling the updated user experience within Concur Invoice, your organization will benefit from the following key areas:

 

  • Consistency: A consistent user experience across all SAP Concur solutions 
  • Efficiency: Improved user efficiency and system performance when working within Concur Invoice.  
  • Accessibility: Improved access and ease of use for users with disabilities. Learn more about the SAP accessibility standards. 

 

These enhancements provide a modern, easy-to-use, and intuitive interface without significant changes to functionality. If your organization has custom training materials for your employees, you may want to update your materials with refreshed screens and navigation instructions to reflect the updated user experience. For more details, please review the FAQ. 

 

Recommended actions:

 

We recommend you review the list of features that will be available and exclusions in the FAQ and release notes (Professional | Standard) before enabling the updated user experience.

 

Note for SAP Concur admins: Once you enable the new user experience within Concur Invoice for your organization, users can then activate the new user experience within Concur Invoice for themselves at the user level
