Managing travel, requests, and expenses on behalf of multiple travelers has never been a simple task. Executive assistants, delegates and arrangers often find themselves alternating between tools, switching user profiles, and piecing together context from separated sources.
SAP Concur is changing that. Announced at the 2026 Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Convention, the AI-assisted delegates dashboard gives executive assistants, delegates and arrangers a single, intelligent workspace to manage Concur Travel, Concur Request, and Concur Expense activities across multiple travelers with AI-powered guidance.
What is changing?
The AI-assisted delegates dashboard introduces a unified workspace for users who manage travel and expenses on behalf of others. Key capabilities include:
- Unified delegate workspace: Manage Travel, Expense, and Request activities across multiple travelers from a single dashboard, alongside priorities and task statuses. Meaning no more switching between tools or user profiles.
- Integrated travel planning context: Traveler preferences, calendar constraints, trip invites, and travel communications are surfaced automatically, giving delegates everything they need to plan without additional research.
- AI-recommended next steps and quick actions: Receive intelligent guidance on what to do next; Draft and send emails, Teams messages, or status summaries directly from the dashboard.
- AI-assisted travel planning: Connect to the Joule Booking Agent to complete travel-related actions using traveler preferences pulled directly from the dashboard.
Who is affected?
The AI-assisted delegates dashboard is available to all end users who have permission to act on behalf of another user for travel, requests, and/or expenses. This includes executive assistants, travel arrangers, and any delegate configured in SAP Concur solutions. Eligibility details:
- Available to all customers using one or any combination of Concur Travel, Concur Expense, and Concur Request. Included at no additional cost.
- Accessible from the Concur home page after September 18th.
- Joule Base must be activated by the customer organization for delegates to use the Joule Booking Agent integration within the dashboard
- Microsoft Outlook must be integrated via App center to get the full value of the new dashboard.
- No administrator configuration is required to enable the dashboard for eligible delegates
