As a result, please make sure that your travellers use alternative supported workflows to import their bookings made outside of Concur Travel.
Overview
The Add New Reservation feature in Concur TripLink allows users to manually create and add travel reservations directly within the system when bookings are made outside of Concur Travel (e.g., directly with a supplier or their TMC).
We are now announcing the upcoming retirement of this feature. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline the platform, improve the user experience overall, and align with our long-term product strategy.
Why is this change occurring?
This change is driven by several key factors:
- To align with our updated product direction and supported workflows
- To reduce complexity and eliminate legacy functionality
- To ensure our customers use the latest, modern, supported solutions that provide better scalability and performance
What is changing?
- The “Add New Reservation” feature will no longer be supported after September 23, 2026
- We advise your users to transition to alternative supported workflows for creating and managing their reservations made outside of Concur Travel:
- End users can connect to Concur TripLink partners to have their bookings automatically synced with Concur Travel
- End users can connect to TripIt and forward their itineraries to [email protected]
- Administrators can enable the User Supplied Hotels feature, which allows end users to manually enter hotel details for non-listed accommodations.
