SAP Concur Home Page Redesign

The new home page has been implemented for all users.

Updated details below!

What’s new?

In August 2024, SAP Concur launced a refreshed home page experience on the web featuring an intuitive design and user-friendly navigation.  The rollout was implemented in three phases, and we're thrilled to share that the final phase, which began on January 15, 2025, is now complete.

This redesign reflects our commitment to delivering personalized, modern technology tailored to our customers’ needs. With this update, your users now benefit from:

  • A refreshed, modern design
  • Simplified navigation
  • Streamlined user workflows to facilitate faster completion of tasks
  • Improved scalability, performance, and responsiveness
  • An aligned user experience across SAP products

Implementation Timeline:

  • Phase 1: Initial release of the new home page experience began late August 2024
  • Phase 2: The new home page became the default for all users when they logged in. A banner at the top of the home page allowed users to switch back to the legacy home page if needed. Note: Customers who implemented SAP Concur on or after August 26, 2024, only had access to the new home page experience.
  • Phase 3: The legacy home page has been retired, and all users now access the new home page.  Updates for this phase occurred over a few days to ensure a smooth transition across all SAP Concur datacenters
