End users whose language is set to US English have the option to display their preferred name instead of their default legal name in the following areas:

• Travel Arranger view
• Delegate Flow or Travel Assistants
• Itinerary e-mails
• Trip Approvals widget
• TripLink e-mail changes

In this example, the user input "KJ" into the Preferred Name field of their profile information."KJ" displays in the Travel Arrangers field.
