SAP Concur is launching modern APIs for Meetings in new Concur Travel. This update enables seamless meeting-related travel bookings, real-time itinerary updates, and streamlined admin experiences, driving innovation and efficiency.
Overview
SAP Concur is continuing to enhance the travel booking experience for your customers. As part of the ongoing rollout of the new Concur Travel experience, we are enabling the Meetings feature for customers who manage meetings directly within Concur Travel — without the use of a third-party event management partner.
What is changing?
- Customers who have already migrated to the new Concur Travel experience and do not use a partner event management solution for meetings will be automatically enabled for the new Concur Travel Meetings experience.
- These customers will now book and manage meetings directly within the new Concur Travel interface.
- No action is required from the customer or Travel Management Company to activate this change.
Why is this change occurring?
This update brings the meetings booking experience in line with the modernized Concur Travel platform, providing customers with a more consistent, streamlined, and intuitive way to search, book, and manage meetings. This change ensures that all eligible customers can take full advantage of the improvements delivered through new Concur Travel.
Timelines
- General Availability: September 25, 2026
- Milestone: Eligible customers enabled for Standalone Meetings in new Concur Travel.
