In our continuous effort to improve the user experience with SAP Concur, we are excited to announce the launch of the Notification Center. This feature serves as a centralized location for in-product notifications, providing enhanced visibility to optimize organization and streamline workflows.
What is changing?
Available beginning September 23, the Notification Center will be fully integrated into the Fiori toolbar, providing you with easy access from any page within SAP Concur. This feature will be rolled out across all SAP Concur solutions.
New features and functionalities include:
- Centralized Notifications: Receive updates related to expense report approval, expense reports sent for payment, expense reports sent back, e-receipt uploads, TripLink loyalty accounts and additional capabilities coming in future releases. This feature complements existing email updates, ensuring users remain fully informed through various channels.
- Simplified management: Some notifications link users to the page requiring action or attention, streamlining workflows and improving response times.

- Improved Organization: Helps you manage tasks more efficiently by enabling you to stay up to date on items that require your attention in SAP Concur.
- Enhanced Compliance: The centralized nature of notifications ensures that users are promptly informed about changes and required actions, improving compliance.
