Overview
Administrators will be able to upload their organization’s travel and expense policy documents to the Policy Assistance tool and, using generative AI, it will suggest helpful policy tips based on the documents uploaded. Admins can edit the suggested tips or create new ones from scratch, and choose whether employees receive the tips before and/or during their trips.
Common tips include information about meals, hotels, and receipts. For example, the AI can provide details on per diems or daily meal limits, alcohol restrictions, receipt requirements, or whether purchasing snacks from the hotel minibar is allowed. Additionally, you will have the option to create custom tips from scratch.
