Enhancements to the new Concur Travel experience include:
Changes to Cancel Flow from Trip Library
End users who want to cancel their Renfe trip can now do so from links within:
- Trip Library,
- Upcoming Trips tab,
- My Trips section, or
- Travel Details page.
From the Finalize Trip page and the Trip Overview page, clicking Cancel Trip redirects to the Confirm Cancellation page.
Concur Request Integration
All customers who have configured their site to manage Spanish Rail (Renfe) content – depending on the configuration setting chosen – enhancements include the creation of an approval request after a Renfe booking has been made (book, then approve) on the web application.
