The Purge Test Users Transactions feature was retired on Nov 20th, 2025, as part of ongoing updates to streamline administrative tools. This change affects only test-transaction purges. All standard purge capabilities and test-user account deletion remain fully supported.

Overview

Effective November 20th, 2025, the Purge Test Users Transactions functionality has been decommissioned and removed from the SAP Concur Admin UI. This feature was based on an older design focused on a limited set of spend-related tables and is no longer aligned with current data management approaches.

Important: The decommissioning of the “Purge Test User” button in the SAP Concur Admin UI does not eliminate all purge capabilities — the standard complete site purge (purging all site data, excluding user data) remains fully supported and unchanged. This change affects test user transaction purges only, not the ability to delete test user accounts.

What is changing?

The feature and its corresponding Admin UI button will be retired and removed across all environments. This update is limited to Admin UI. The standard complete site purge, used in professional implementations, continues to be available without changes.

Why is the change occurring?

SAP Concur is simplifying and modernizing administrative tools to ensure consistency across environments and to align with current data management practices.
