Amtrak has launched their integration with Concur TripLink, making it easy for your travelers to connect, shop and book rail service in North America.
If you have Concur TripLink enabled, your travelers can connect their Amtrak Guest Rewards loyalty account via the Concur TripLink hub so any reservations made on Amtrak.com or the Amtrak mobile app will automatically sync with your SAP Concur solutions.
SAP Concur Administrators - if you have a negotiated rate contracted with Amtrak, make sure you include your discount code in your policy configs so your rates are applied to the direct bookings. Reach out to your Amtrak representative to get this code.
