Submitting a request for the trip

Can you please help me?

I am trying to raise a train ticket to the London Stratford office, and when I request it in Concur, it puts up a warming flag saying that I need to submit a request for the trip; my user account does not have the required permission to use a Concur Request.

I would recommend you to follow any one of the below ways:

1. If your company uses Concur request, then probably your access is missing. You can contact your Concur admin to update your profile.

2. If your company uses only Travel, then you should contact your Travel manager or Travel agency.
