Why don't I have or see the Analytics Reporting option as our company Concur Administrator?

Hello,

How often does the analytics reporting option update? Our company went to the user platform on October 1, 2022.

For four days the information has not changed at all. Please advise if this correct? Below you find a snapshot that I have

been seeing for four days.
