Do you have staff forgetting to change their Uber profiles on weekends or after work? The old solution was Uber 4 Business would provide a CSV flat file that would be loaded directly into your FMIS bypassing your Concur Expense workflow completely. Not great right?! Well here's the good news - Uber's new solution is to prompt business users for a business purpose at the time of booking and even better all Uber 4 Business transactions will feed directly into your Concur workflow. Setting this up is extremely straight forward and requires access to the App store and a communication strategy on how users can transfer to the new business product (basically a click of a link in an email automatically generated to all your Concur Users).
