Single Sign On (SSO) in iOS devices using Touch ID?

Single Sign On (SSO) in iOS devices using Touch ID -

Touch ID is a fingerprint recognition feature, designed and released by Apple Inc., which permits users to unlock Apple devices, make purchases in the various Apple digital media stores (such as the iTunes Store, the App Store, and the iBooks Store), and authenticate Apple Pay online or in apps.

Is this Touch ID currently configurable with Concur SSO mobile app?

I am trying to understand if Touch ID can work with Concur SSO. I am thinking that this can improve overall user experience with iOS devices taking into account SSO configuration.

Has anyone configured Touch ID with Concur SSO? Is this functionality available or is it intended to be developed? I would love to learn more from anyone on this topic.

I appreciate any insights.

Thank you!
Dario

Hi, @drequiz! (And welcome to the new community.)

The mobile team at SAP Concur enabled Touch/Face ID for SSO users on iOS devices in February (version 9.54.1 to be exact; we're now on version 9.56, but I digress).

So:

  1. If you're using the latest version of the mobile app AND
  2. Your SSO provider allows it,

...you should be good to go from our side of the technological fence.

IF your SSO provider allows it AND it's not working, please let us know

Thank you,
