I would like to know if your companies use the Concur User Rating for any kind of internal metric. If so, what kind of actions you took for increasing employees rating submission?
In my experience, many organization takes this seriously when they start with the Concur but slowly stop tracking it and depend on other tools/survey to collect feedback. This rating helps for early user feedback and adoption after deployment.
Also, one issue I feel is that the rating is collected only once (I could be wrong here) when user submit the report for the first time, which is too early to get correct feedback and user takes some time to get used to system and mostly 1st report is not easy, however easy the policy, workflow, etc are.
