SAP Fiori with Horizon is Now Enabled on the Web - Training Resources Available

SAP Concur began adopting the SAP Fiori with Horizon visual theme family on May 20th, 2023. The SAP Fiori with Horizon theme applies to the entire suite of SAP Concur solutions, spanning both the SAP Concur mobile app and the web experience. The SAP Concur mobile app has already been updated with the new theme.  

This update brings: 

• A refreshed, modern look and feel  
• Inclusive and accessible design for everyone 
• Improved consistency and aligned user experience across all solutions 

Important Dates 

• As of October 2nd, 2023: All customers (except Budget customers) now have the SAP Fiori with Horizon visual theme automatically enabled for their SAP Concur solutions on the web. Note: SAP Concur administrators have the option to revert back to the legacy theme (Concur Gateway) if necessary.  
• Early 2024: The legacy theme (Concur Gateway) will be retired and all customers will use the SAP Fiori with Horizon visual theme. This timeline provides ample opportunity to ensure business continuity and proactive communication with users. 

Updated Training Resources    

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we are updating SAP Fiori with Horizon English language training materials, starting with SAP Concur end users - available now. These materials will reflect both the legacy Gateway theme and SAP Fiori with Horizon theme, with new links for SAP Concur end users to bookmark (see below). This ensures that your employees have access to resources for both themes until the Gateway theme is retired in early 2024.
