They simply enter their travel details including dates, final destination, and required travel segments and the Request Assistant creates estimates based on that information. It provides estimated costs for each part of the trip and explains the pricing. Users can customize their trip details, like flight class and hotel ratings, and the estimated costs will update accordingly. These estimated costs are automatically included in the request as expected expenses. This saves the user time as users no longer need to manually look up this information or make uninformed guesses as to what the costs might be.
