I'd recommend reviewing all of the information on our Training Toolkit. There is a tone of very useful information out there.
The Learn the Basics area goes over the basic end user related functionality.
The Learn to Administer area goes over the basics of system administration and basic configuration.

The Attend Administrator Training goes over all of the options for attending live training sessions specific to administrators.
