User Support Desk (USD), is a paid SAP Concur service that many companies add to receive first-level technical support.
To find out if your company has User Support Desk:
1: Sign in to your SAP Concur profile.
2: Click ? icon in the upper-right then “Contact Support”
3: If your company has USD, you’ll be taken to the User Support Desk Portal
- If your company has USD, you’ll be taken to the User Support Desk Portal
Here you can find phone numbers, create a case online or use the chat feature with a support representative.
- If you do not see "Contact Support", your company does not have User Support Desk. However, you can still find answers to frequently asked questions in the Support and FAQs section of the SAP Concur Community, or find helpful resources by navigating to the ? icon in your Concur solution where you will find our Knowledge Base articles, as well as Interactive Help (Concur User Assistant by Walkme).
