Hi Tyson,

I've recently realized that the Concur User Assistant by WalkMe is not automatically showing the first time an employee logs into Concur. Also, the blue icon with the ? is no longer hanging out on the right side of the screen.  Is this now a fee-based option? I thought there was only a fee if the company wanted personalized messages.
