Concur TripLink simplifies business travel and expensing. You can connect your frequent traveler accounts to your SAP Concur account. Once, connected, if you book* a business trip directly on a travel partner’s website/app, we’ll be able to add those plans and receipts to your SAP Concur account for you. This will help you spend less time expensing your trip on the rare occasion you’re not able to book using one of your company’s preferred methods. With Concur TripLink, you also receive a complimentary* subscription to TripIt Pro. TripIt Pro organizes all your travel plans in one place and give you a heads-up as things happen throughout your trip. These connections give you everything you need to quickly expense your travel.

Getting Started:
Take a few minutes to connect accounts by following the steps below. We recommend having all your existing frequent traveler numbers on hand before getting started. Once a partner is connected, plans and receipts from the business travel you book with them will be added to your SAP Concur account for you – so, you can have everything you need to quickly expense your travel.
Sign into the web version of your SAP Concur solution. In the main navigation menu, select TripLink. Please have your frequent traveler numbers on hand before you get started.
2: Connect to TripIt
In the TripIt Pro section, link a new or existing TripIt account, activate your free TripIt Pro subscription, and manage your connection. If you’re creating a new TripIt account, you’ll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to verify your account. Then, add any additional e-mail addresses you wish to forward confirmation e-mails from in your TripIt Profile settings. Then download the app.
3: Connect travel partners to your SAP Concur account
In the Available Programs section, enable travel partner integrations to link Concur TripLink travel partners to your SAP Concur account. You can add frequent traveler numbers and manage these connections.
