Getting Started as a New Admin: Resources for a Successful End User Enablement

You've come a long way in setting up and managing your SAP Concur solution! As an Admin, it’s now time to train your users on how to use their new tool, so, they save time while you increase control and visibility into spend.  

 

Here are some tips and resources to get you started. In addition, SAP Concur has your back and will also begin sending some of these important resources directly to your end users in the next couple days.   

 

Develop a Training Approach. 

The best training is easily accessible, clearly communicated, and continually reinforced. Work with your training team and executive sponsors to identify: 

 

  • The different employees who will be taking the training, their locations and any special considerations or needs.  
  • The content you need to include in the training, including what is standard and what factors, like policy, compliance or specific requirements, will change for different regional areas or groups. 
  • Whether your training sessions will be mandatory or optional.  
  • How your training strategy aligns with your overall change management strategy.

Put a Mechanism in Place to Gather User Feedback. 

The best way to measure the success of your rollout, and to fine-tune your training, processes and configurations, is to listen to your users. Use surveys to gather feedback from your employees both during and after rollout to find out what’s working, identify any roadblocks, and to create an environment of continuous improvement.
