Getting Started as a New Admin: Join the SAP Concur Community

Congratulations on becoming an SAP Concur customer. In the coming weeks, you’ll start using and rolling out your new solution across your organization, taking those first critical steps toward accomplishing your business goals. 

 

To get you started off right, we want to invite you to join the SAP Concur Community. This online forum is your one-stop shop for peer-to-peer engagement and support resources, ranging from articles and product news to user discussion boards. Take a video tour. It’s a fast, easy way to get the insight and help you need to make the most of your SAP Concur solution.  
 
If you work at a smaller or mid-sized organization and want to directly connect with other administrators who’ve been in your shoes, the Small Business Group, located within the SAP Concur Community, is a perfect fit for you. You can log in to ask questions, view peer responses, as well as get assistance from our SAP Client Success Managers.    

 

Signing up for the Small Business Group is easy. Just log into the SAP Concur Community, click on Featured Groups, and select Small Business Group to register.  
 
And remember, if you need a little extra help, you can always find it within Concur User Assistant by WalkMe, which will appear as a blue question mark in your system.
