unable to delete a report

When I try to delete the report, the data crashes, so you will be asked to contact the administrator, and if you look at the report list again, the report remains the same. Any one can tell me how to delete the report?

(Plus, this report has been created more than 30 days and it's empty.)

Some checks you can perform:

• Open the report and use the Delete Report option from the Actions menu (or the trash can icon, depending on your company's interface).
• Try using a different browser or clear your browser cache to rule out a session-related issue. This is a common troubleshooting step recommended by the Concur community.
• Verify that the report is not in a status that prevents deletion. Users can typically only delete reports that have not been submitted or that have been returned for modification.

If the error continues, I would recommend opening a case with your Concur administrator or SAP Concur Support, as it could be caused by a locked or corrupted record in the system.

@seoyoung two things I would suggest trying: 1. clear your browser cache or 2. Try signing in with a different browser. Give those a try and let us know if that works or not.
